Project-A-Stencils include a list of supplies, paint colors, and a transparency of original artwork. If you choose the download option you will need to use your own transparency and copy the artwork onto it. Using the transparency simply project the artwork onto the surface of choice, size it according to your scene, pencil it onto the wall, then follow the paint by number chart included in your packet.
