By copying or making any use of the images contained, you acknowledge that you have read and understand, and agree to, the Image Use Agreement below that governs your use of the Image. If you do not agree to the Agreement’s terms, do not copy or use the Image in any way, unless you have written permission signed by Creative For Kids™ Inc.

All clip art images available for copying or download are copyright, Creative For Kids™ Inc., all rights reserved.

1. I certify that all images downloaded from Creative For Kids™ Image Download Gallery will only be used in whole, without alteration or modification in any way.
2. I certify that the images will only be used in the positive promotion of Jesus In Jeans™ Curriculum and Creative For Kids™ Inc.
3. I agree to use the images only in promotional materials for Jesus In Jeans™ or Creative For Kids™ and cannot be used to or sell any product (such as book-covers, stock photos, t-shirts, or any other retail merchandise). You may not alter, or modify the images, in whole or in part, for any reason.
4. I agree that Creative For Kids™ Inc. retains the ownership of the images and any Creative For Kids™ Inc. intellectual property as defined in the trademark license agreement. I agree that the right to use the images is not transferable.
5. Creative For Kids™ reserves the right to deny, terminate, or further restrict use of the images at any time for any reason.
6. I agree that Creative For Kids™ shall not be responsible for errors or omissions in the images.
7. This agreement is specifically for images available in our Image Download Gallery ONLY and not intended for any other area of the Creative For Kids™ website.
8. I agree that the images will not be passed onto any third party without the prior written consent of Creative For Kids™.
9. I understand that I will be liable for any claim that arises out of misuse of the images by us, or by any third party to whom I have passed the images without the prior written consent of Creative For Kids™. I accept liability for any claims arising out of the use or misuse of an image or images.
