At Creative for Kids we do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely fashion. Some items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, so your entire order may not arrive at once. Because some items are customized for you by our artisans, or created specifically for your order, please allow extra time so that the artisan can craft the item to be as uniquely yours as possible.
Most items are shipped via ground service with small package carriers such as UPS and FedEx, or United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Shipment and Delivery
When part or all of your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification of shipping which includes a tracking number. You may click on the link included in the email or follow the email instructions to track your package. Most items shipped via ground service with a small package carrier will arrive within 5-10 business days from the time of shipment.
If you would like to request rush delivery on an order, please call our Customer Service Department at 877-637-0122 to find out if express shipment is available on the item or items. Electronic Delivery
International Orders
At this time, Creative for Kids ships only within the 48 contiguous states, with the exception of Creative for Kids Theme Room Decorating Kits and Project-A-Stencils. Both lines of products are available for overseas delivery. If you would like to request a shipping quote, you can email our Customer Service Department or call 877-637-0122. To place an international order, you must call our Customer Service Department. We reserve the right to charge the customer’s credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges should a package be refused or returned for delivery failure.

Free Shipping
From time to time Creative For Kids will offer free shipping. During these times there are some restrictions that apply. This promotion cannot be applied to a past order or combined with a previous order. This offer is only valid for standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states and does not include Alaska or Hawaii.
